In Tuscany, food isn't just cultural--it's business. Based in Siena, this program invites you to explore the economic, historical, and policy-driven forces behind Italy's most iconic exports. You'll dive into topics like sustainability, agribusiness, marketing, and international policy through coursework and exclusive guided excursions. Experience site visits to local vineyards, farms, and producers with our expert faculty alongside to unpack the systems, traditions, and strategies that power Italy's food economy. And yes--there will be plenty of tastings along the way!
